I just wanted to comment on my experience with Line Dried Linens. This happened in May of 2012. I am still impressed and have just now taken the time to follow up so I apologize for that. Here was the situation:Â

I came across a beautiful apron in the magazine "All You" that I thought would be the perfect gift for my kids to give me for Mother's Day so I tore out the page and notified my husband about it. I had searched the website the magazine had stated but it was already sold it. I searched for the apron on line and found it at Line Dried Linens so I let me husband know and he ordered it for me. Shortly afterwards, we received a message on our answering machine from Lisa stating that the apron was "flying off the shelves" and was backordered. There was no doubt in my mind that it was because of the exposure in the magazine. Lisa stated that she had contacted her supplier who was going to rush it to her as soon as it was available and that she would rush it to me. She stated the approximate delivery time and apologized for any inconvenience. First, I would like to say I have never received a personal phone call from a company about an order. Especially this being an online company, it was surprising. The call was completely genuine and very professional and I was completely blown away for someone to take the time to call, especially on an order of such small magnitude - a single apron around $25.00. In addition, the order was not received any later than I would have originally expected and there was an apology gift in the order along with the apron: a nice set of oven mitts that clearly were high-caliber.Â

To sum up, the lengths that Line Dried Linens went to were above and beyond any expectation of customer service that I have ever experienced. The phone call alone was an example of outstanding customer service. The free gift was a complete surprise and an "over the top" apology. I was compelled to tell my story and again thank you at Line Dried Linens for your excellent customer service. I am still sharing this story with others and will definitely contact Line Dried Linens for merchandise purchases in the future. In addition, I still love my pink and green apron (from Now Designs) and it makes me smile every time I wear it! Leigh Ann

Thank you for the update. Also, this may be a shot in the dark but one worth taking if it should pan out... My son has recently lost his Maison Chic Alligator Blankie (the small guy/not the proper blanket). I originally looked up your site in hopes to find Gator. I have tried to order him through two other sites without success. Since you are a Maison Chic dealer is there any way possible to also get ahold of this desperate to find Gator?Â

She saw one of these chair pads in a local shop last weekend; but she needs two. The shop was not going to get anymore until July. She'll be so surprised!Â

I ordered 4 aprons for Christmas presents, 3 were for kids and another for an adult. The day after I ordered, the owner called to tell me the adult one wouldn't make it in time for Christmas. She helped me pick out another, advised me on sizing and said she would refund one of the 2 shipping charges as it was an error. I just assumed the items shipped from 2 locations. The aprons arrived shortly, were gorgeous and a great hit with everyone. Excellent customer service and wonderful products! Will shop here again!-Lynda

Customer Service at it's best...I recommend Lisa at Line Dried Linens!

Actually the apron is for my 4.5 yr old grandson who cooks with both his parents. He is very helpful in the kitchen and enjoys helping to wash fruits and veggies from the farmers' market. Since he is actively helping in the kitchen measuring, mixing etc. The PVC apron I felt was not only practical to clean but safer than a simple cloth apron. A decade ago I acquired a PVC apron from the UK as a gift. It saved me from a terrible accident when a pot of hot oil spilled down the front. I suffered some splash burns above the apron top and on my legs where the oil dripped. The apron was destroyed but my torso was not burned; I have been a loyal PVC apron user ever since. Now, thanks to your website, my grandson will have his special apron too. BTW, he plays "restaurant " and has a few cookbooks including one that belonged to my daughter as a child. Who knows where his interest and curiosity for cooking will lead? At least for now he will have a great apron!Â
